Challenge #2 – At the same time, we were looking for in-home care for our loved one that had just suffered a serious health crisis. Agencies were expensive and they were having a hard time finding the right people to meet our needs. We quickly learned that there is a shortage of direct care workers around the country and this problem is continuing to escalate due to our ageing population. Where were we going to find someone motivated to do this work at an affordable price? 

There it was… NECESSITY! Two very different problems COLLIDED to form the perfect solution! An online marketplace that safely and easily connects students to care seekers. We could address an urgent need and make a big difference in people’s lives. We hit the ground running and didn’t look back. 

We are passionate about helping students achieve their goals. Getting hours of medical experience is a steep requirement for most healthcare majors, but finding those hours can be challenging. Our goal is to provide a platform that makes it safe and easy for all students to connect to the career experiences they need to be competitive applicants in the medical fields they desire.    

We are also passionate about uplifting families caring for loved ones. Every person deserves competent, compassionate care at an affordable price. We offer a new option by providing a replenishing pipeline of caregivers for suffering families and short-staffed agencies.
